Our crew inspects both during a free estimate. If the issue is isolated to a section, repair almost always makes more sense. We’ll give you an honest assessment either way. We don’t upsell replacements.
Can you match my existing tile?
In most cases, yes. We source tile through multiple supplier networks and have experience matching the major profiles common across Austin: Spanish S-tile, flat concrete tile, and barrel clay tile. Perfect matches aren’t always possible for discontinued profiles, but we can often get very close. We’ll tell you upfront what’s achievable.
Do you require a deposit?
No. Driftwood Builders Roofing does not require a deposit. You pay when the work is completed to your satisfaction. That’s how we’ve always operated.
How long does a tile roof repair take?
Most targeted tile repairs — sealant, broken tiles, ridge reattachment — are completed in a single day. Larger scope work involving underlayment and decking replacement will take longer depending on the affected area. We’ll give you a realistic timeline during the estimate visit.
What if my tile damage is from a storm?
