What's Included in This Price
The per-square-foot prices above represent a complete, normal installed siding scope. If you've gotten a lower number somewhere else, it's worth checking what's actually included — a standard Driftwood project covers:
- Tear-off and disposal. Removing the old siding and hauling it away is part of the base price, not an add-on.
- House wrap. The water-management layer installed behind the new siding, between it and the wall sheathing.
- Flashing and fasteners. The details around windows, doors, and transitions that keep water from finding a way behind the siding.
- Painting labor and paint materials. Our standard pricing is for primed James Hardie boards, professionally field-painted as part of the install.
